What we collect on this website
When you submit the demo form, we receive the details you type: your name, your club name and city, and your WhatsApp number. That's it. No hidden fields, no tracking pixels attached to the form.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about a Clubiva demo and, if you choose to work with us, to set up your club. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Form delivery
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Netlify Forms, the form service of our hosting provider. Your details pass through their system for delivery only. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site through anonymized session replays and heatmaps; see Microsoft's privacy statement for details.
Match recordings
Clubiva records matches only on courts and sessions where players have booked a recorded slot and accepted the club's recording terms. Players control their own clips. Questions about a specific club's recording policy should go to that club, and you can always reach us too.
